Meet Our Director

Hilda Ramos

Director, Kids STEAM Education Center

Hilda Ramos brings over 26 years of experience working with young children and families in Bakersfield. She has led programs ranging from Family Child Care and Head Start to State Preschool and Migrant Education.
Hilda holds an Associate of Science from Bakersfield College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Fresno Pacific University, and is a certified Child Development Center Director. She is committed to lifelong learning, regularly completing trainings and certifications to bring the best practices into the classroom.
Her vision is simple: to inspire children through STEAM education in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills thrive.
